This training is designed to get you in shape while building the basic movement skills that is are the building blocks used in multiple Martial Arts. You can use this program to learn and maintain the physical training necessary to excel in any martial art. You’ll increase coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence to start any class you desire. Some people start an activity or martial art with no preparation and quickly realize that they may not be capable in some areas. It might be strength, balance, coordination or flexibility. You may simply wish to lose weight. Too many times we see quick fitness weight loss programs focused on losing pounds as fast as possible.
